For the Love of Free Stuff

I wanted to create a post that contains a list of all the things that I collect throughout the year. Long before I became a blogger I have been collecting certain things. I think it dates back to when I was a very little girl. My mom had our attic jam-packed with labels. They came from ever where. She has boxes and boxes. I am not talking small boxes, but refrigerator boxes (or maybe they just seemed that way being so little myself). Soup labels, cereal, juice and more. Remember the DelMonte’s stuffed characters? Anyway, when November rolls around… each year I turn them all in for gift cards. I am and have always been a very ambitious person. You may actually want to start with one or two things to focus on and expand once you have gotten yourself into a groove.

  • Purina Points (become a pro-club member, you need to have pets and purchase certain pet foods to collect these)
  • SuperPoints (I have already racked up $30 in Amazon credit in under a month with Superpoints).
  • My Coke Rewards (right around November they offer a slew of gift cards and coupons that cannot be missed)
  • Pampers Gifts To Grow (it helps you to accumulate more points actually buying diapers, but they release an extraordinary number of free codes on the internet that you will have a substantial balance in no time – you do not need to have a baby of your own to create an account)
  • Huggies Enjoy the Ride Rewards (same as Pampers above, but they offer fewer free codes)
  • My Points (this one kinda happened by chance, I have been a bzzz agent for almost 10 years and this is how they “pay” you). This is another kind of site that they reward you for shopping, completing surveys and updating your profile.
  • Stouffer’s Dinner Club – We personally do not consume these meals, but I do collect free codes they offer, along with completing monthly surveys. They offer a variety of coupons and tangible items.
  • Box Tops for Education - My oldest son will be starting kindergarten in the fall and I know the school favors this program because they get free stuff and I get to feel awesome because I always send in the most.
  • Kellogg’s UPC Codes – This is a more temporal collection item for me. The offer works out to each upc = $1 as long as you have them from the right product. No store receipt is necessary so you can get them from your friends or your neighbors recycling bin)
  • Swagbucks – This is a no-brainer. If you are on the internet, searching google or what-have-you, in my mind, you should be getting paid. For every 450 in “swagbucks” you collect = $5 in Amazon credit. Most of my Christmas presents were purchased on Amazon last year.
  • Disney Movie Rewards – Another site that releases free codes. You can enter extra codes by actually purchasing Disney movies and entering the codes within the packages themselves.
  • The Juicy Bunch – I have not logged in a bit (feel bad) you complete tasks and they are quite fun. You get rewarded in points that you can exchange for once again, coupons and gift cards.
  • Eastern Hills Mall Rewards Program – For this one you obviously have to live near and shop at this particular Mall to participate. So if you did not know…you can turn in your receipts and for each dollar spent you get a point and at certain levels they give you mall gift cards. (email me at rainydaypennies@yahoo.com and I will be more than happy to explain the details).
